Agency franchise brand expands into Wokingham

Winkworth has expanded further in the South East of England with a new office opening in Wokingham – its fourth office in Berkshire. 

Winkworth Wokingham is a start-up and first business for franchisee Tim Cole, who has more than 35 years’ experience as an agent in Wokingham and the surrounding areas. 

The new office has opened in a landmark building which has been occupied by estate agencies for decades in Broad Street in the heart of the affluent market town. 
 
The West Berkshire town is a popular commuter hotspot for families and young professionals, with a broad range of properties in the area, from £150,000 to £5,000,000. 

The new Winkworth Wokingham office is operating within a five-mile radius of the town, towards Reading and also covering Bracknell,  Winnersh, Finchampstead, Crowthorne and Twyford. 

Cole said: “It is so exciting to be running my own business for the first time as a Winkworth franchisee.
