Fine & Country’s London offering gets further boost

Fine & Country has welcomed a further London agency into the fold. 

Property entrepreneur, Justin John, will soon be operating under the upmarket agency brand’s Winchmore Hill license.

It comes after Fine & Country last week announced a new license in Southwark and Camberwell.

Fine & Country Winchmore Hill will begin operating from 1 April 2023 and will employ six members of staff, inclusive of sales, lettings and property management staff. 

John prides himself on his sales and negotiating abilities, a skill which sees him own and manage four agencies in London and Hertfordshire including Peter Barry Estate Agents, Angels Sales and Lettings and Thomas Childs & Co.

He said: “I have always regarded Winchmore Hill as a fantastic opportunity to get involved in better quality stock, hence my decision to utilise the Fine & Country reputation to access the upper quartile on top of my existing brands.

“This year is an exciting year for us, particularly as my existing business is celebrating its 40th anniversary. With our offering now strengthened by the addition of the Fine & Country brand, 2023 is set to be a period of growth and progression, regardless of the conditions ahead.”
