Agency website provider introduces AI tools

Agency website designer and marketing provider is starting to use artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT in the products it provides agents.

ChatGPT AI software has been making headlines due to its ability to write everything from songs to legal documents and news articles (except this one).

Jamie Arthur, chief executive of Property Webmasters, has suggested the technology could help make agents work more efficiently and focus on other key aspects of their role such as selling homes.

He said: “In the estate agency world, ChatGPT can be used to enhance customer service by providing 24/7 support and response to queries.

“It can be used as a lead generation tool to engage with potential clients, gather information and qualify leads. ChatGPT can be used to generate articles, blog posts and other marketing content and used to gather and analyse data on property prices, market trends and consumer behaviour.

“Estate agents can use ChatGPT to build chatbots that can assist with tasks such as property searches, scheduling viewings and providing property information.

“It can also be used to build virtual assistants that automatically automate routine tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling and email management.”

Property Webmasters has also produced a fre guide for estate agents titled Top Five ChatGPT Prompts for Estate Agents that can be downloaded from the resources section of its website at www.propertywebmasters.com.

Arthur added: "We are now incorporating ChatGPT into an increasing number of our AgentPlus websites as well as our bespoke website design and builds. With our SAAS (software as a service) website solutions and a range of ancillary and integrated products and services, the time has never been better for agents to revolutionise their approach to engaging with their customers and clients and to move ahead of their competition.”

Estate Agent Today revealed last month that lead generation and prospecting tool provider Spectre is making use of AI and machine-learning technology to help agents with their marketing.

It has launched Spectre AI, which aims to speed up the production and quality of prospecting for agents.

Users will be able to use AI to write to sellers whose homes have been on the market for a defined period to sell their own services.
