The founder of family-run brand Coopers Estate Agents is marking 50 years in the industry.
Martin Cooper has recalled his first sale, a modest, run-down property that exchanged hands for a mere £800.
Today, he consistently oversees transactions across a broad spectrum, from properties valued from £100,000 to more than £1m.
Coopers was also founded 41 years ago by father and son duo, Ron and Martin Cooper.
Many of its staff have been with the brand for decades.
Cathy Vella, personal assistant and secretary, has been an integral part of the firm for four decades, having joined shortly after its inception.
Anne Marie O’Reilly, a testament to Coopers' internal growth and opportunities, started as a Saturday 'girl' more than 20 years ago but ascended to become a full director.
Belinda Ireland and Chris Nelson have also each contributed their own expertise for over 20 years.
