Agency training platform boosts workplace wellbeing course

The Able Agent has added further modules to its Wellbeing in the Workplace course.

The training platform has collaborated with KILN Associates, workplace welfare and counselling specialists, to add new modules to the programme of content.

The short course, which is The Able Agent’s most viewed programme, includes ebooks and videos on work-life balance, working from home, self-care and getting the family balance right.

The newly added sections include isolation and the importance of human contact, dealing with change, and understanding menopause in the workplace.

Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, founder and director of the Able Agent, said: “There is clearly a real demand for guidance and support relating to wellbeing in the workplace, and I find it very encouraging that this is our most viewed course. We have worked hard to offer the widest range of content to cover this vast subject matter.

“Like many industries currently, agents are operating in a very testing market. Working closely alongside KILN, who are experts in this field, we have opted to further enhance the content to reflect some of the aspects most affecting society today.

“Furthermore, by breaking down the modules, agents can learn at their own pace and in the privacy of their home – an important factor to take into consideration when booking into a course of this nature.”

Dawn Reay, managing director at KILN Associates, added: “We have supported The Able Agent by delivering relevant Wellbeing in the Workplace course content for some time now, helping to ensure its continued relevance.

“It is vitally important for managers and business owners to identify that the wellbeing of their team is paramount. Ensuring it takes priority will ultimately play an important part in the success of their business.”
