Hybrid agency brand eXp UK is marking recruiting 300 agents.
The network reached the milestone earlier this year.
It comes after eXp UK was ranked as the 18th largest estate agency in the UK for the number of new instructions and sales agreed.
The company said it is the third fastest estate agency to ever reach the top 20 in the UK from the point of first instruction, according to recent data from TwentyCi.
Adam Day, international expansion leader for eXp UK, said: “It’s an incredible achievement to have experienced so much growth within such a short period. This is clear proof of how effective the agent-centric value proposition is and reflects our commitment to ensure our agents have all the right tools they need to reach success.

eXp UK recently announced the introduction of a new ‘ICON Award’, where top performing agents receive up to £16,000 of gifted stock in the publicly traded holding company of eXp UK - eXp World Holdings Inc.
