Software integration aims to boost agent instructions

Estate agency software provider Street.co.uk has announced an integration with lead generation tool Spectre to help agents secure instructions.

Agency firms that use both Street.co.uk and Spectre will be able to access insights from property cards that automatically appear when a potential buyer or seller is added to their customer relationship management (CRM) account. 

These cards are generated using Spectre’s data and highlight if the person’s property is on the market, the listing price, how long it has been listed and which agent it is on the market with.

The integration removes the need for agents to manually input names, making the whole process easier, quicker, and more effective, Spectre said.

Street.co.uk has also built an automatic feed into Spectre, which transfers known homeowner names, letting users personalise their prospecting campaigns and boost their success rates.

According to internal Spectre data, personalised prospecting letters are three times more effective at generating instructions than those with a generic introduction. 
Spectre and Street.co.uk are both part of Street Group, the organisation founded and funded by brother and sister entrepreneurs, Thomson and Heather Staff.
