Agency partnership brand launches roadshow for new recruits

Self-employed estate partnership brand The Agency UK (TAUK) has launched a series of roadshows to attract agents to its offering.

The company was setup by three former Purplebricks agents last year and is now expanding its reach into different local markets.
It has welcomed another partner to its growing nationwide team of self-employed estate agents.

Stacey Warwick, who has built a successful business across Essex, joins The Agency UK along with her team from Keller Williams.

She has been in estate agency for more than 10 years working for brands such as Connells and Haart.

Warwick said: “As well as benefiting from greater flexibility, I wanted the freedom to look after the sales progression of my existing listings rather than being pushed to move onto the next. Despite a challenging start, it was the right decision.

“Now, with a well-established team and client base, joining The Agency UK will enable me to strengthen my back-office support and systems, have access to TAUK’s premium brand and marketing tools, as well as benefit from a much more cost-effective brokerage option for myself and my team.”

The Agency UK has also welcomed Debbie Whitehead from Keller Williams in County Durham and Katrina Nicholson from Keller Williams in Cumbria.

It has also recently launched in North Wales, Milton Keynes, Hampshire, and expanded their areas in Merseyside, Norfolk, and the Isle of Wight.

The Agency UK has also started a roadshow this month to meet other individuals thinking about starting their own estate agency business in 2023, as well as existing independent estate agency owners.

Steph Walker, chief operating officer of The Agency UK, said:  “As the industry heads into an undoubtedly tougher market, more independent agents will be looking for ways to consolidate their outgoings and lower their overheads.  As well as tremendous backing and support, we’re giving self-employed agents the ability to sell lower volumes of homes but earn more commission for themselves from each sale, giving them more time to concentrate on better quality customer service.”

The roadshow dates and locations are:

3 November - Village Hotel, Solihull
10 & 11 November, Bristol Harbour Hotel & Spa, Bristol
19 November, Hilton Liverpool City Centre, 3 Thomas Steers Way
