Agency content creators Chris Watkin and Jerry Lyons have paid tribute to 1980s hit film Ghostbusters to promote their services in a Halloween-themed video.
They have teamed up with Chris England and Matt Lee from Property Video Solutions (PVS) to showcase their ghostwriting – and singing and acting – abilities.
The video features Watkin and Lyons, both of whom ghostwrite content for agents, running around Grantham in an attempt to rid the home of Margaret Thatcher of ghouls, ghosts and phantoms.

There are plenty of high-profile agency apperances, including a recognisable face as Slimer.
Watkin said: “We wanted to highlight how estate and letting Agency ghostwriters can exorcise a lot of the scarily bad content some agencies put out there.”
Lyons added: “It was nice to swap a tracksuit for a jumpsuit and play with that laser thingy.”
Lee and England of PVS added: “Filming and directing two middle-aged men attempting to recapture their youth while leaving a trail of baffled members of the public has been one of our most challenging yet enjoyable projects to date.”
