Propertymark is staging a webinar today tackling the challenging issue of conveyancing - just as the market is at its busiest for years, with pressure on transactions to complete before the next stamp duty holiday deadline at the end of June.
The webinar will take place between 12 noon and 1pm today and will be hosted by Propertymark board member Simon Wilkinson, a senior partner for the family Land and Estate Agency practice, and a fellow for the NAEA since 1992.
Guest speaker will be high profile conveyancing expert Stephen Hayter, the agent-turned-chartered-surveyor who is best known as the founder of My Home Move, the country’s largest conveyancing company.
