One of the country’s leading experts in estate agency reviews has given advice to agents on how they can best use favourable comments to conjure up new business.
Ben Marley, sales director of The ESTAS, told Angels Media chief executive Nat Daniels how frustrated he was that many agents gathered fantastic reviews but failed to tell existing and potential customers about them.
Marley - a reviews expert who used to work for the Feefo service - gives a crisp four minute interview in the video below, including details of two new ESTAS events in 2022.

Isn't it time "reviews" were put into context?
I might give an agency 5 stars and someone that has different standards and criteria might give the same agency 3 stars. When there are so many fake reviews, not just in estate agency, but in all sectors, it's time for business to be proactive and to share the story that only they could tell.
Don't tell me what they said, tell me why they said it.
