High end agency launches in murdered MP’s beloved new city

Southend on Sea, soon to be designated a city out of respect for murdered MP Sir David Amess, is to see a new agency opening.

Fine & Country is to launch in the area, boosting its Essex coverage which already includes Brentwood, Chelmsford, Billericay, Colchester, Loughton and Tiptree.

The venture is being headed up by Ed Casson, director of the existing office in Chelmsford.

He says: “I am delighted that we are launching our Fine & Country operation into Southend-on-Sea and the surrounding areas of South Essex, and we will be looking for experienced associates to join our team on a self-employed basis.

“This will be an amazing opportunity for high-level agents who are looking to work for themselves under the Fine & Country brand, with the support of an experienced team from the Mid Essex office behind them.”

Associates in the South Essex territory would effectively join the network on a sub-licence agreement.

Fine & Country says that typically an associate is an entrepreneurial minded, self-motivated, experienced estate agent.

“Becoming a Fine & Country associate in an area that person is passionate and knowledgeable about grants them freedom but with the backing of a prestigious global brand and infrastructure, enabling them to take their career to the next level” says a statement from the firm.
