The National Association of Estate Agents has announced that it’s to offer US PropTech solutions to UK agents.
The REACH programme has been created by the investment arm of the huge US National Association of Realtors; the PropTech already operates in Canada and Australia and now the United Kingdom too.
REACH UK will be led by Valentina Shegoyan, who brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and technology.
Specific products have not yet been launched or marketed but the REACH UK team will work be based in London and will operate closely with NAEA Propertymark.
“With its members-first philosophy, we are thrilled to see the REACH program come to the UK” says NAEA chief executive Mark Hayward.
“We recognize the importance of technology in real estate and are keen to be an active supporter of the REACH UK program.”

Valentina Shegoyan and her team will I know make a great success of this venture, and with her deep insight into both the proptech and real estate sector and her advanced network of connections this in turn will I hope help modernise UK real estate.
