Franchise giant Hunters is the latest agency to list its sales and lettings properties on three portals, rather than two.
The chain recently signed up to OnTheMarket and has now issued a statement saying it is remaining with the two main portals as well.
Hunters chief executive Glynis Frew says: “We are pleased to be able to offer this huge benefit to our customers who can rest assured that with Hunters, their properties will be marketed to the widest possible audience.
“Furthermore, as a franchisor, we are also delighted that this deal brings significant advantages to our 200 plus network of branches, who are very enthusiastic and positive about the news. This is a fantastic addition to our service offering that will further help Hunters stand out and gives us a real competitive edge in the market place.”
Last week ZPG announced that some 100 agency branches had returned to it since OnTheMarket lifted its ban on some agencies listing on more than one other portal in addition to itself. Those brands included Curchods, Jones Lang LaSalle, Henry Adams, Morris Marshall & Poole, and Whitakers.
Chancellors - which has over 50 branches covering Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Herefordshire, London, Mid Wales, Oxfordshire, and Surrey - is now on all three portals, as is Douglas & Gordon, which was one of OTM’s founding agencies.
