There are only a few days left for agents, brokers and suppliers to enter the ESTAS 2019 - closing date is December 31.
The ESTAS are the national customer service awards most respected in and by the industry, and the feedback platform enables firms to send a review invite via email or text asking clients to rate the customer service they received during the home moving process.
The ratings and feedback are sent back confidentially to each firm enabling them to track and benchmark their service performance.
The feedback data also allows The ESTAS to shortlist the best firms regionally and nationally culminating in the prestigious ESTAS Awards which will take place on May 10 next year.
2019 will see the 16th annual ESTAS Awards; the headline sponsor will once again be Zoopla and the event held once more at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane in London.
The winners will be revealed by ESTAS brand ambassador Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals.
Suppliers to the industry can enter the prestigious Supplier of the Year Award which is sponsored by Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today and all the Today titles.
