Online and traditional agents debate how to boost customer service

A debate on customer service in the agency industry has been arranged for later this month between leading lights from both traditional and online agencies.

A roundtable of experts - plus an audience of industry observers and media - is to take place in London on the morning of April 25 at the Direct Marketing Association’s central London base.

Participants include Russell Quirk, chief executive of eMoov; Ian McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild of Property Professionals; James Wyatt, a partner at Barton Wyatt, and industry trainer Tim Wakelin.

The moderator will be Graham Norwood, editor of Estate Agent Today, and the event is organised by customer review operator Feefo.

The debate will centre on the proliferation of technology being a game changer for estate agents of all kinds, providing not only a range of different business models but also more demanding consumers.
