What services do you offer and in what ways do you work with estate and letting agents?

We provide a traditional conveyancing service with one lawyer to one client, with industry leading tech to guarantee a fast turnaround time which is so vital in today’s property market. We have long standing relationships with hundreds of estate agents who come back to us again and again for our support with the conveyancing process.

We provide our estate agent network with a dedicated account manager, ongoing training and support, management information summarising lead conversions and income generation alongside a suite of marketing material to support them.

What makes your product different and how does it benefit agents?

At Simply we can act on both sides of the transaction, this significantly speeds up the process no matter how long the chain which is hugely beneficial for the agents that partner with us

Our Simply mobile app – provides real time updates 24/7 enabling our agents clients to upload documents, chat with their lawyer, complete ID checks on the go which has been essential during Covid-19

In addition our Sales progression portal is essential to our agents – allowing them to accurately forecast their pipeline, target properties to exchange, access real time MI and the ability to directly message with the clients lawyer giving greater control and visibility which is really key to every agent

What is your greatest achievement in your current role and what made it so special?

I have a really talented team at Simply Conveyancing and it’s a pleasure to be part of that.

They have incredible drive, energy and determination and I love being able to support them with achieving their goals – every time that happens its fantastic

What is the most satisfying part of your job?

I love working with Estate Agents – I have some great relationships and have made some great friends along the way, as I have only ever worked in property I wouldn’t want to do anything else.

Supporting them with growing their businesses – providing a solution that enhances their proposition, allows them to sell more houses, increase their commission and add real value is the best bit of the job.

What do you see as the biggest challenge facing estate and letting agents at the moment?

I am wowed by how amazingly adaptable agents have been this year – they have really stepped up on how to do things differently and overall they remain very optimistic about the future.

I think the best way to approach both sales and lettings – is to ensure you invest in your people especially in this tough time – they will be the difference to how you operate and succeed and shouldn’t be taken for granted
