The Land Registry is cutting some of its fees from Monday, mainly for applications lodged electronically.
Its fees will be:
Property Current Fee New Fee Fee if lodged online
£0-£50,000: now £40, remaining £40 if submitted manually but £20 online;
£50,001-£80,000: £70 falling to £40 manually, £20 online;
£80,001-£100,000: £120 falling to £80 manually, £40 online;
£100,001-£200,000: now £190 remaining at £190 manually but falling to £95 online;
£200,001-£500,000: now £270 and remaining £270 manually but falling to £135 online;
£500,001-£1m: now £540 and remaining £540 but falling to £270 online;

The Registry says the reductions are down to efficiency savings achieved last year.
