The Sequence UK group of agencies has now raised over £350,000 for its chosen charity, CLIC Sargent, making it one of the biggest corporate charity donors in the British residential sector.

The William H Brown brand of Sequence UK recently handed over £13,080 to CLIC Sargent, which is one of the UK's leading cancer charity for children and their families, taking the group's total donation over £350,000 since 2002.

Sequence's fundraising activities during 2013 ranged from football tournaments and golf days to personal challenges and annual gatherings.

Meanwhile Location, Location, Location presenter Phil Spencer, who last month became patron of Agents Giving - the charity formerly known as the Estate Agency Foundation - has announced a programme of fund-raising activities for the charity.

This year I have three bike ride challenges lined up and I'm set to cycle 250 miles from Cornwall to London in June he says.

Agents Giving was launched as the EAF in November 2007 and under its new title has has three objectives - supporting individual agents throughout the UK to raise funds for charitable causes, bringing the industry together to give to national causes, and organising central fund-raising events to back recognised charities in the UK.
