Another agent comparison website has been set up, comparing the time it takes to sell stock and success in achieving a high proportion of the asking price - but it also appears to name 117 London agency branches advertising on three, rather than two, portals.

GetAgent.co.uk applies only to agents in London. Rayhan Rafiq Omar, co-founder of the site, told EAT that he wants to bring transparency to estate agency. Unlike review sites that need a critical mass of user reviews, we are focused on providing quality to single homeowners looking to appoint an agent.

His service was launched back in October but has now been remodelled.

Our business model is sustainable without mass appeal he claims, adding that there may soon be a funding announcement about the site.

When you enter a London postcode and basic details of a property type you want, the site produces results of agents selling them and tells you: We've ranked agents in your area using objective performance data. The 4 and 5 star agents consistently sell properties quickly and for more money. Let these agents compete for your business and get the best agent for less, with no hassle!

It also tells you how long the property has been on the market and whether its price has changed.

It also lists the portals used by individual agency branches. If it is correct, it suggests some 117 London agents were, as of last Friday, listing on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket, even though OTM insists its advertisers drop one of the big two.

Omar says he will be updating his site again on Friday of this week to take account of any changes.
