Central London agency Rokstone - which calls itself a property sales and acquisitions service - is to open new offices in Mayfair, Knightsbridge and the Hyde Park Estate to complement its existing branch in central London.

The eight year old firm says it has had a record 2014 selling over £140m of properties and generating revenue of £1.5m. Its website currently carries properties priced from £675,000 to £24m across central London.

Rokstone's managing director is Becky Fatemi, an ex-director of Foxtons. She claims that within 12 years of being at the firm she became the highest banking negotiator in the history of Foxtons, generating over £13m in fees for the firm.

Rokstone makes much of its celebrity clients who include Shawn Carter, better knmown as Jay-Z, Sean Combs (known as Puff Daddy, Diddy and P Diddy at different times in his career), Rihanna, Tinie Tempah and Naomi Campbell.

The agency says its property clients - of which 50 per cent are from overseas - can be provided with access to artwork, branded clothing/merchandise and bespoke VIP celebrity events as well as rather more orthodox introductions to off-market luxury properties and access to highly sought after property investments.

"Its website currently carries properties priced from 675,000 to 24m across central London."

Nice and affordable then. Aiming only for the high-end market and the rich and famous, these estate agents live in a totally different world from everyone else.
