Agency Express, the UK's largest provider of daily estate agency board services, has had its five millionth board erected.
The firm was founded 17 years ago by former agent Stephen Watson, specifically to offer nationwide professional board services to corporate and independent estate agencies.
The company now erects and maintains 48 per cent of all UK estate agency boards via 110 operating centres. The five millionth board was put up last week by Norfolk estate agency Arnolds Keys.
Watson says that despite some local authorities opposing high concentrations of boards in some areas, and the growing use of digital marketing tools, the estate agency board is more relevant than ever.

Even in these days of Rightmove and Zoopla, and the many facets offered by online marketing, social media and various other advertising tools, the humble 'For Sale' board is still absolutely key.
