Metropix gets the plot

Floorplans from Metropix have gone outdoors, with a ‘plot’ function which shows where the property sits in its garden.

It includes the ability to define areas such as hard-standing, grass and decking.

It is one of several new features launched this week, including the ability to display a high-resolution photograph of each room from within the floorplan

All Metropix customers will now automatically benefit from a free upgrade to PicturePlus Plans, which enables estate agents to display a high-resolution photograph of each room from within the floor plan.

There is also a new premium subscription service, which includes 3D plans and the positioning of the property in its exact geographic location.
