The Guild of Professional Estate Agents has announced its 700th member.
It is Keats, which has seven offices in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire.
Marcus Whewell, CEO of the Guild, which claims it is now the biggest independent estate agency network in the UK, said: “I am really delighted to welcome an agency as professional as Keats.
“Despite uncertain times in the market, we continue to grow every month as we deliver trust and confidence to those looking to sell their properties.”
