Our helpful and approachable booking team will listen and guide you in choosing which survey would most suit your property. They will then contact the appropriate people, from the agent to the house seller, to arrange a date for inspection.

When your inspection has been completed, you will get a call within 48 hours from your surveyor to provide a brief verbal summary of the survey and description of any significant issues.

Our surveyors combine wide-ranging expertise and experience with extensive local knowledge.

You will receive by email your HomeBuyer Report or Building Survey report within 3-5 working days of the inspection. Our Customer Care Team is then available to put you in touch with your surveyor if you have any queries about your report.
