Over £8m of commission has been paid out in commission by movewithus to its estate agency network this year.

Movewithus’ latest sales results show that so far, it has handed over 10,290 instructions to agents since January, paying out £8,524,012 to network members. Speed of instruction to exchange averaged 67 days.

The movewithus agency network has also grown this year, to over 1,300 offices, having taken on a further 300.

Nigel Higgins, movewithus agency director, said: “We are working hard alongside house builders and lending institutions to provide high quality instructions for our network of estate agents.

"After a very shaky start, most members reported increasing sales during the year, with excellent business levels in September, October and November.”

If you understood mwu as I do, a founder member, you would not post such ill informed rubbish. Green eyed monstor got you? yes they are very succesful and I and many others make plenty with them, people of limited brain do not, but then again you probably get stuffed by everyone else!

I think that 6 negative comments out of a network of 1300 offices just goes to show that what movewithus is doing, works for the majority. How many of the smaller independent agents have the clout to build national relationships with the providers of these properties??? Not many, if any! Why not benefit from a central pool of instructions, that you 'might not get' from a national company building national relationships on your behalf???!!!!

£8.5 million in fees over 1,300 offices is £6,500 per office per year. Why bother? In our company's only experience with movewithus, they did not pay our invoice for several months despite many chasing phone calls and letters. We wouldn't touch them with a barge pole - a truly shocking company.

The INEA organisation offers a similar Multi Listing System to Movewithus with many technological advantages - including the benefit of RemoteAgent and all at a fraction of the cost.

Adam Wellesley. You state "...been with the movewithus network for many years and have benefitted from extra business which would not have come to us directly." And you know this HOW?? You've been sucked in, Sir - good and proper! You'll be paying THEM next for the privilege of working with them. Oh - you are already...

My company, Horts Estate Agents, have been with the movewithus network for many years and have benefitted from extra business which would not have come to us directly. A business relationship is a two way thing so if you have had, or are experiencing, problems with this organisation I suggest you look internally at the issues instead of just blaming them.

We are surprised at how many agents will happily give30% of any invoice for Movewithus to make 2 or 3 telephone calls. We were involved with this scheme only once. Our vendors would have instructed us anyway as I personally had previously sold them the new home in question. Thirty percent of your invoice total (not even Gross Profit)it's sheer madness. Never again would we entertain them.

WOW - an average commission of £828.38 per property. Wonder how much the instruction WOULD have been worth to the Agent without the middle-man raking off the cream for sending out the instruction letter...?
