Zoopla Property Group has relaunched three niche brands acquired in the summer from Trinity Mirror Digital Property, and integrated them on to its platform.

Among them is AlltheAgents, which used to be called Email4property.

Asked about the change in name, a Zoopla spokesperson said: “There are no immediate plans to add reviews, but we will continue to add more functionality over time, as we do with all our sites.”

The AlltheAgents site is currently described as the UK’s most comprehensive estate agent and letting agent directory, aimed at helping users find the most suitable local agents for their property needs.

The other two sites are SmartNewHomes, whose website has been relaunched and lists over 2,600 new-home developments, and HomesOverseas which is relaunched as a site dedicated to helping UK users find a holiday home abroad.

Zoopla said it had been busy integrating all three of these sites simultaneously on to its platform since its acquisition in August, along with updating the brand identity of each site ahead of its planned marketing investment for these new brands.

Alex Chesterman, founder & CEO of Zoopla Property Group, said: “The acquisition of TMDP was part of our wider mission to be the most effective partner to our members.

“I am pleased with the speed at which we have been able to integrate and relaunch these sites on to our platform, and these latest niche brand additions to our stable will allow us to deliver even greater results and exposure to our members.”

What I do find interesting is that as Zoopla relaunches Trinity Mirror brands that it acquired in the summer. They are also putting their prices up again.

I just received a tweet from someone calling himself angry agent stating that his fees are due to go up by 30% next year, maybe that's to fund these relaunches eh!

Also, I dont think its good for them to add reviews, I would not want to be paying Z say £400 a month and have negative reviews by my advert, leave that to allagents and estateagent.me, btw im not an agent.
