Three estate agents have admitted a property survey fraud.

After pleading guilty at Carlisle Crown Court, the trio – Donald Smith and his wife Lynne, both of Windermere, and their former business partner, Simon Hindle, of Gloucestershire – were warned they could face jail.

The fraud apparently ran for seven years.

The three are due to be sentenced on May 17 and will face a proceeds of crime act hearing in September.

What a bunch of dipsticks all for £250,000. They deserve the 6 years but as HC says it will be 6 months and I guess it will be suspended.
