Competition for the coveted ESTAS sponsored by Zoopla gears up once again as the awards celebrate their tenth anniversary.

The unique awards scheme recognises the best estate and letting agents based on votes from sellers, buyers and landlords, and the best suppliers to the market as voted for by agents themselves.

This year, 450 firms took part and 33,000 customers completed the questionnaire which rates their agency or supplier on all aspects of customer service.

“We are delighted to be celebrating ten years of recognising the best in the business, whether that be agencies, suppliers or individuals who work in our industry,” said Simon Brown, owner of the ESTAS.

“Taking part in the ESTAS sets you apart from your competitors. It sends out a clear message that you’re passionate about customer service, that you are prepared to go the extra mile and listen to feedback from clients.

“In ten years over 130,000 clients have voted. That’s a staggering statistic that demonstrates the importance of the service agents and suppliers provide.”

Entry is now open for sales and letting agents and all suppliers to the residential property industry.

Every firm that takes part receives marketing material to highlight their commitment to quality service.

At the end of the competition a detailed Client Feedback Report is sent to every firm, enabling them to review their performance and benchmark themselves against other companies regionally and nationally.

The tenth annual ESTAS ceremony hosted by Phil Spencer will be held on April 19, 2013, at the Hilton Park Lane London.
