Fancy a career in telly as the new Phil or Kirstie?

The hunt is on for a TV presenter who understands the property market and who could front a new properties series.

Apart from understanding property, the producers say you’ll need the sort of attributes that gave the world President Obama and Cleggmania: charisma, confidence and style, with the ability to get the best out of other people whilst standing out from the crowd.

Interested new superstars of tomorrow should contact Iain Robson with your contact details, an overview of your professional experience and why you think the role is right for you, plus a recent picture of yourself.

"The hunt is on for a TV presenter who understands the property market and who could front a new properties series".

Obviously rules out the current batch in one fell swoop...
