The Residential Property Surveyors Association is launching a series of courses to help its members sell themselves.

Despite the upturn in the property market, which in turn has increased demand for surveys, many independent surveyors and small firms said they did not feel adequately equipped to compete against the bigger firms when it came to promoting their services.

The new course aims to help both RPSA members and those from the wider residential property surveying profession to market themselves to both the general public and to agents.

The one-day selling courses will be run by the RPSA’s chairman, Alan Milstein.

The first is on September 24 in Yeovil, followed by October 2 in Castleford and October 3 in Ashby.
