My god Trevor are you really putting those initials after your name pretending they mean a qualification? Disgrace. You even give the HPC and agent haters a reason with that rubbish. Shame on you.

Trevor: "There's a brilliant auction model www.bidonmyhouse.co.uk run by a long term surveyor."

Considering the OTHER "long term surveyor" who frequents this site - that is NO good thing...

" The seller doesn't pay, instead the buyer."

Please explain why this should be seen as a benefit to anyone...

There's a brilliant auction model www.bidonmyhouse.co.uk run by a long term surveyor. The seller doesn't pay, instead the buyer. They are also offering a joint autioneers white label site for agents.
