Spicerhaart has opened two more ‘super branches’ as part of what it describes as a £3m expansion programme.
The move sets a trend for larger estate agency branches, encompassing lettings and covering more than traditional high street territory.
The new haart offices in Plymouth and Northampton will follow the initial £500,000 opening in Milton Keynes, which is five times bigger than the usual high street branch.
All three offices offer extended hours of 8am to 10pm, cover wider areas than normal and have higher levels of staff.
The new Northampton ‘super branch’ will add ten to the headcount, whilst the Plymouth office will have a 20-strong team.
Paul Smith, chief executive of Spicerhaart, said: “The expansion programme for the super branches is on-going. The first one in Milton Keynes has been extremely successful and we have plans to roll out further branches in Leeds, Coventry and Birmingham.”

Do they has leather sofas, flat screen tv's and mini bars!!! Im planning a trip to Plymouth so if i get bored and cold and fancy somewhere to warm up with a trendy cup of cappolatte I will no where to go.
Has anybody got a photo of SUPER MAN in SUPER MAN 2 - There will probably be more action in the static photo than in the any of Haarts Super Branch ---- OPENING HOURS - they say they are open until 10.00pm when you go past their offices they all gone home by 5pm- Paul Smithy is in cuckoo land in my opinion

I work in Plymouth near this super branch which looks like it has 5 of the 20 strong team, currently working for them. However, they may not require any more staff as the ones working for them have sold 82 properties in 7 days. I’m a little confused as the properties that are sold have no pictures to them!. Having said all this, the office looks nice. Not sure about the opening hours though!!!
