Felicity J Lord, part of the Spicerhaart chain and based in London, made record quarterly profits in the second three months of this year.
Felicity J Lord, which has branches in Blackheath, Blackheath Village, Bow, Canary Wharf, Clerkenwell, Greenwich, Hackney, Shad Thames, Stratford and Wapping, says its profits rose by 450% over the first quarter of the year,although it declined to say what these were.
Divisional director Nigel Seabridge said: “Despite a tightening market we saw record profits, with both sales and rental listings up by almost 25%, and a 35% increase in transactions.”
