Yet another property website has launched which offers a potential leads service for both private landlords, and letting and sales agents.

ProperPlus (www.properplus.co.uk) works by allowing home hunters, whether buyers or tenants, to list their requirements free online.

Properties can also be listed free online.

The site’s engines then carry out a search. When and if a match is found, both parties are alerted. Only if one of them wishes to make contact is there a charge, a ‘properkey’, which costs from £3.50.

The search engine calculates matches based on over 50 different parameters that range from location, size and price to the most specific individual requirements.

Could this be the best thing since sliced bread? Property purchasing reinvented and certified to get the job done! You can't beat the tried and tested. Innovation is fine if it hasn't been done before and it actually works and people want to use it!

I'm all portaled out! From the French verb 'portale' - je portale, tu portales, il portale, nous portalons, vous portalez, ils portalent. Meaning: To bore estate agents rigid with the launch of yet another unnecessary, doomed-to-fail property portal. Origin: Britain 2008.
