New portal plans to give agents click-for choice

The latest property portal for estate agents is gearing up to launch in the UK on September17 and plans to compete head-on with existing portals that charge monthly subscriptions.

Propertyindex.com will offer a pay-per-lead model, with agents paying £1 for  applicant leads and requests for valuations.

There are 1,250 agents signed up so far. The site also offers
a number of highly targeted advertising solutions for agents to market properties.  These campaigns also work on a cost per click basis, and include banner campaigns on relevant home pages, fixed positions at the top of search results, database newsletter promotions, inclusion within buyer’s guide advertising and sponsored links.

The founder is Lee Bramzell, and the site is backed by internet entrepreneur, Darren Richards, who made his fortune through the sale of the highly successful DatingDirect.com internet dating site.
 
Propertyindex.com  already operates as an overseas property portal with over 150,000 properties for sale and rent offered by more than 850 agents across 4,000 destinations worldwide.
