Movewithus, which says it sold more than £500m worth of part-exchange property in the last year, has taken 78th place in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100.
The firm has more than 1,000 agents in its network but more recently launched Whitehotpropertyco.uk to sell homes.
Chief executive Sean King has seen sales grow 61% a year, from £6.6m in 2005 to a predicted £27.9m this year.
The firm was founded as Partners in Property in 2000.

I have been speaking to MoveWithUs for some time and decided not to go ahead. They wanted me to commit to a monthly fee plus a cut of a not particularly attractive fee. he comments already posted have helped me make the decision not to join. Thanks
We turned down business from MoveWithUs as the fees that they offered were less than 50% of our average fee. Don't waste your time boys & girls.
Glad to hear MWU are doing so well but it is extreamly unfair for us as a hard working independant agent to have to wait over 6 months to be paid our fee- come on, be fair!!
2500 properties divided by 1,000 agents, equals 2.5 per annum each at an average fee of £2,500. Well it certainly will not be paying my Rightmove subscription fees!

I use MOVEWITHUS alot every month. I get a fee from them if a lead goes onto buy and complete on a property. We have had 5 instructions from them in the last 6 weeks and i must say that they are very very realistic with the selling prices. We took a property from them last week and have already sold it. Good fee's from them and a good amount of interest so more hungry cash buyers are now on our applicant list. If your not already involved with them then make it your next call,,,,

At £200,000 average sales that would equate to 2,500 transactions.
Must admit I don't see how they make £28 million though.

£28m in sales - well at let's say £200k per property - they have sold 140 properties - not exactly going to challenge any of the major players with that then???? and 3 years to reach that - give up boys!!

I signed up with this crowd a few years ago - very good at talking the talk however, not so good at the walking part.
So agents that are adsvertising whitehotproperty.com are not only directing their traffic to another site but are sending them to a site that advertises their properties??? If a buyer purchases a house from white hot property, does the selling agent get a slice of the fee??
