Three agents in south Devon have joined the Waterside Network, a specialist agent for the sale and letting of waterfront property, boats and moorings.
They join offices in Hampshire, Sussex, Dorset and the Isle of Wight, and the Caribbean island of Antigua.
The new members are Coastal House in Dartmouth, Luscombe Maye in Newton Ferrers and Town & Country estate agents in Plymouth.
Their properties will be advertised in sailing magazines, at the London and Southampton international boat shows, and online.
Nick Byrne, director of Waterside Properties, said: “Whilst we are continually looking to expand the Waterside Network, especially into Cornwall and north Devon, membership is only granted to those estate agents who can demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.”
