David Conway on Northolt Road, Harrow, chose Fairfield to help redesign their ageing office inside and out. David Conway has an extremely large front window and wanted Fairfield to design a low-level display that would create a warm and enticing interior, into which clients could see from outside the shop. By installing a digital screen above low level LED Light Pockets™, Fairfield were able to transform the offices exterior image. Wall maps and branded interior signage helped to complete the transformation and fit perfectly with David Conway’s fresh brand image.

The key to a good office design is to get the brief right
Initially, a Fairfield design consultant paid a visit to David Conway so that both parties could discuss possible design options that would satisfy David Conway’s objectives. Design visuals were then provided and David Conway opted to pursue a uniquely modern display.
Stunning Window Displays
Fairfield created a custom navy blue low level Sirius LED Light Pocket™ display, exclusively for David Conway. “The elegant Sirius display units create a strong impact to our front window, our interior is now much more welcoming for those passing by”. Having recently undergone a rebrand, the theme, text and colours were important to David Conway as understandably they were searching to create a connection and association with the brand, a bespoke design therefore benefited them hugely.
Digital Screens increases impact
Above the Sirius displays sits a 32" digital media player. This was carefully designed to work with the Sirius display and allows bypassers to clearly see into the office. The modern touch also adds a fresh dimension to the display and benefits David Conway considerably. James felt strongly about the success of the screen, “the digital screen is extremely easy to update, we simply drop images and text onto USB stick which takes minutes to update. In addition to showing property details we also feature our website and show special offers”.
Custom designed interior wall map
The wall beside the entrance plays home to a bespoke orange wall map, the map features a detailed design of the local area which draws interest to the wall and provides a lovely touch that gives the office an additional aesthetic aspect. Plus wall mounted A1 landscape poster holders were installed on the opposite wall to the map.
The distinctively elegant design at David Conway came at a perfect time for the estate agency and the company now have a friendly and eye catching office that will help them move forward. “The design is brilliant, you can’t miss us”, a final word from James as we wrapped the interview up was a lovely sentence that showed how Fairfield met and even surpassed the objective. Finding a design to utilize an offices space can be challenging and its always brilliant when exactly that is achieved.
