This solution will directly stream a property video into any agent's current website, or partner sites, with simple implementation. Live service is available to an agent within just 10 days following registration to the service, which means that agents can immediately make the offering available to the public and developers.

The fees are extremely low too. There’s a one-off setup fee of £1980 to implement the solution into your existing website code and layout, and included within the setup fee Living Property will also film and produce a video brochure for any one property from your existing portfolio as an example for you to show to other sellers (and of course to help you sell that property itself). Then it’s only £590 per month to host and stream up to 10 live properties at any one time from your portfolio (more can be added as your requirement exceeds this level).

The home-owners would normally pay for the video brochures to be produced. At just £390 for a standard video, and £690 for a longer deluxe video, the prices represent excellent value compared to the outdated low-grade fish-eye virtual tours.
