Foxtons is set to open its fifth new office in London this year.

Opening in Clerkenwell on November 6, it takes the number of offices in the Foxtons network to a total of 29, of which 27 are in London and two in Surrey.

As usual, the new office will attract listings by a 0% commission.

- A bad salesman blames his competitors
If you are losing listings to agents that overvalue, then you are obviously not presenting a good enough case using comparables etc. Perhaps rather than moaning about other agents, you should work on the quality of your presentation. Read some sales books.

At least they wont have to overvalue to get business! Perhaps we should all do this just to annoy them - any takers?
