The Estate and Letting Agent Awards, better known as the ESTAs, are moving to grander surroundings.

The 2011 event will take place on Friday, April 15, at the Hilton Hotel on Park Lane in London.

Simon Brown, owner of the ESTAs, said: “The success of the event has meant that we have outgrown the Marriott Hotel which has hosted the ESTAS for the past three years.

“We always host the event at a 5-star hotel and the Hilton on Park Lane will provide a stunning backdrop as we expect over 500 of the UK’s top agents to attend. The Hilton also allows us to offer exhibition space to sponsors who wish to network with agents.”

The latest company to be confirmed as an ESTA partner for 2011 is Moneypenny, a provider of telephone overflow support to agents around the UK.

Moneypenny director Joanna Swash said: “Agents who use our service provide outstanding levels of service for their customers, gaining a competitive advantage in the local marketplace. For this reason, we are delighted to be associated with such a highly-regarded scheme as the ESTAS, and wish all entrants the very best of luck.”

The ESTAs are also sponsored by EAT in association with HomeLet, Rayner Recruitment and the RICS.

If its the one with the posh cars out the front then ive stayed there not long ago - showers were rubbish, TV had as many channels as when I was 6 and the pillows were horrid and i think the sausages at breakfast came from the Asda value range, I did feel a bit special when they charged me 21 quid for 3 beers though
