Cluttons, the property company which operates in over 50 countries, is to have a new look next year as part of a business transformation.

It will launch an updated brand and new website, while it has already reorganised its business into three divisions.

Its residential sales and lettings business in the UK will be headed by James Hyman.

All nine residential agency branches in London are in the process of being refurbished, while a tenth branch in Blackheath will open in the New Year. Further branch openings are planned for 2014.

A new residential branch was also opened in Muscat this year and the company’s Middle East headquarters will be moving to new offices in Dubai early next year.  Further international expansion is also planned.

The firm, a limited liability partnership, was founded in the UK in 1765 where it is still headquartered. It expanded into the Middle East in 1976 and more recently into Asia Pacific and Africa.
