Brightmove is now offering a pay-per-lead option to agents, who can choose to pay £25 per lead rather than a subscription.
If they sell a property, they would pay a further £150 for the lead that resulted in the sale. The amount would be invoiced on exchange of contracts.
Normal subscriptions are £60 for the first year, and then £25 per month.
The portal was set up in 2000 and claims an average of 26,183 page views and 6,222 visits per month.

The only positive i can offer Brightmove is. 'There is no such thing as bad publicity'
Michael Osborn is Brightmove- and like his mate, PeeBee Brainless always post rubbish! Happy Xmas losers
The proof of the pudding is in the eating! Increased traffic, increased enquiries and an increasing number of Agents joining. Want proof? Just take a look at the Stats page on Brightmove.co.uk or check out one of the many Ranking sites and see for yourself.
This is the funniest website I have ever seen. My vendors would disinstruct me if I put their property on Brightmove. To think somebody has invested time and money on it? Sad!!
Did I look at the right site brightmove.co.uk?
It looks like a kids party entertainer with that car and awesome graphics. If it is then GOD help them.
They should talk to Darren Richards from propertyindex who lost £5m and the company is in administration. Happy Xams.
It looks like a real winner , mark my words
This seems a bit flawed to me.
Firstly £25 per lead is a bit out of touch for the industry and secondly how do you 'police' all the exchanges, does he expect the agent to contact brightmove to advise of this so they can pay a further £150!
Brightmove, many congrats 100% anti you, even rightmove gets some positives!
Brightmove is no rightmove - would wrongmove be more appropriate?
Estate Agents of Britain, we are saved! Being as the owner seems to spend his whole day browsing this site instead of his own, (just becasue i am curious) how are you going to keep track of the leads you send to be able to invoice £150 at the end of the sale?
£25 for seller AND buyer leads?
With no guaranteed result, possibly just a wasted valuation or viewing?
No thanks.....
How much trouble would you have to be in to consider anything from this bloke!?
As an internet based business this site really needs to be reviewed. Even the spelling is out for words like proprty (sic).
