Allagents, the review site which bans naming individuals, is to launch an awards scheme for individual staff members.
Apparently oblivious to its own standard terms and conditions, it says the awards will “promote good practice and to further the recognition of individuals working for its directory-listed estate and lettings agents”.
It goes on to say that the annual awards will “pinpoint the public’s choice of individuals who have best served them based on ratings and reviews over a twelve month period”.
Among the prizes will be cash sums of £1,000 each for the top UK female and male staff member.
Any member of staff is eligible for recognition as long as he or she has been mentioned in a review between the beginning of next month and April 30, 2013. The terms and conditions on the site tell posters not to identify individuals.

"Among the prizes will be cash sums of £1,000 each for the top UK female and male staff member."
Is that legal?
The second-placed female could be a county mile better at their job than the leading bloke, or vice-versa.
Typical controversy from this lot...
So, not only is this site open to manipulation but I can win £1000 for doing so?
Good idea for career minded individuals to make a name for themselves.
The site has NEVER banned naming individuals.
They used to say only positive comments about individuals could be left - this too has changed.
I hope their paying you for this Ros
