An argument over estate agent’s commission is set to be decided by the High Court, the Daily Telegraph has reported.

The Telegraph says that according to court papers, Jamal Abraham, director of Hyatt Estates in London, is suing Matthew Fine, director of Bairstow Eves, saying he is entitled to commission on a £2m house near Hyde Park.

    Great famous for a non-story that is factually incorrect. I must ring my mother and let her know I finally made it to the big time LOL. By the way, I am not a director of Bairstow Eves but hey ho, may as well enjoy the publicity.
