AI property search app features among top downloads

Artificial intelligence-powered property search app Jitty is celebrating reaching the 10 10 ‘House & Home’ apps in the Google Play Store just days after launching in London.

Jitty uses LLM (large-language model) technologies, as well computer-vision, to read floor plans, and understand photos and descriptions of homes.

Because of this, Jitty said it has the ability to cross-reference information with publicly available databases such as estate agent websites and third party services, to provide users with an exceptional level of detail.

It launched in London last week following a rollout in Bristol and Bath and is run by three former early-stage Deliveroo employees as well as Google’s AI-focused fund.

Using the app, property-lovers can collaborate, share information with loved ones, create shortlists and leave emojis on properties they like, and understand even more about a home that is listed such as average price per sq metre in an area before making an appropriate offer, or adding it to a wish list.

Jitty will not charge estate agents fees to list properties or receive enquiries.

The app reached number 8 in the Google Play charts within days of launch in the capital.
