Estate agency recruitment expert and mentor Ian Dobrin has joined property data firm Addland.
He will initially focus on further building the platform’s growth in the residential estate agency sector whilst supporting other channels.
Addland’s platform uses inputs from more than 600 estate agency branches to support market appraisals, boost instructions and help limit fall-throughs.
He brings a wealth of experience from his tenure at industry leaders such as eXp UK as a mentor, and Connells Group, where he was recruitment director.
Dobrin said: “I believe Addland has already demonstrated the power of having property data in one location, but what I'm super excited about is the way agents can visually assess properties remotely, share details with their vendors and purchasers and produce an instant report on any registered title - it's the game changer the industry needs.”
