CRM provider Street.co.uk has unveiled a new partnership that will see technology firm Global 4’s 8x8 hosted telephony directory made available to agents.
The integration means users can access key information about a caller, allowing them to provide a tailored service and maximise opportunities for their agency.
Every time an applicant calls, agents can instantly locate their details in Street.co.uk through the people page to view key information like owned properties and recent activity. This will make it easier for agents to have stronger, more personalised conversations with every client.
