The best CRMs tell agents what to do and when to do it - claim

PropTech and CRMs should be about far more than merely gathering data - they should be telling agents which prospects are the ones to call.

Mark Burgess, chief executive of Iceberg Digital - in an exclusive video interview with Chris Buckler for Estate Agent Today - says a typical two branch estate agency may have a total of 10,000 contacts.

“When you come in to work one day, who do you call? How are you going to know who to call?” he asks.

Burgess says most agents will simply go through a list of tasks without necessarily knowing which are the highest priority, most likely to translate into business - good PropTech and a top CRM system will tell you, he claims.

He also shares tips on how agents can ensure their own websites provide the best customer experience for those who use it, while CRMs can be used to identify the ‘perfect customer’ that the agent wants.
